Over 250 UNIGLOBE Travel professionals and leading suppliers gathered in Jaipur for education and recognition of top performance in sales and service. Travelers will benefit from exclusive “insider knowledge” of travel products; new customer service tools and enhanced “job-specific” skills that UNIGLOBE professionals learnt at the conference.

The UNIGLOBE Travel (South Asia) Region conducted its Eighth Annual Excellence Awards and Regional Conference in August at the Fairmont Hotel, Jaipur. The two-day event saw over 250 UNIGLOBE Travel Professionals from across South Asia gather to celebrate individual and collective achievements, sharpen skills and network for business development. Preferred Suppliers added their knowledge, support and international connections to the gathering. Educational workshops helped further enhance sales and service capabilities for the benefit of UNIGLOBE clients.

At the conference top performing agency personnel were awarded for continually pushing the benchmark of service excellence higher. The awards included recognition for Counselors, Managers, Sales, Accounts, Leisure and Facilitation personnel at various levels of performance assessment.
